219-362-1613"I called Clear Sky in the evening due to my air conditioning not working. I requested a quote for a new heating and cooling system. John came the next evening at the time that was convenient for me since I work during the day. He explained in detail the system that was best for my home, gave me the cost, and the earliest date for installation. I decided to have Clear Sky do the work and they were came on the date that they said was the earliest possible date. Two men did the installation efficiently and cleaned up well after it was completed. John came back two days later when I called and told him that I wasn't sure about how to set the new thermostat.
That type of good customer service is pretty much unheard of these days. John very patiently and clearly explained the thermostat and how it should be set. To my amazement I also found that John had completed the warranty registrations for the units. I have never, ever had that done for me by any business. I cannot adequately express how pleased I have been with Clear Sky and I will recommend them to anyone with confidence. Thank you so much John and the guys at Clear Sky!!!!" L .
